Steve Boyd
Creative Supervisor
Steve landed a junior graphic design gig straight out of school at a small studio in Artarmon, designing & assembling magazines. 5 years later, he left to purse a passion of hitting things with sticks for a living (drums, mostly). 12 years later he met Ryan who - after watching Steve play a late-night gig at Bar Bondi - proceeded to snatch the aforementioned sticks out of his hands & plant the creative seed that kickstarted 11 years at True Alliance.

Karen Weinberger
Graphic Designer
In her childhood, Karen was good with glue sticks, wooden pegs and colouring in pencils. Having crafty little hands, she loved to doodle and sketch. Realising that Tonia Todman had already filled this niche market, her family strongly suggested she study a Bachelor of Design. The path was set! Freelancing for 10 solitary years, she yearned for the voices of others, and joined the crazy creative TA crew!

Likes = Things being exactly, completely and utterly correct
Dislikes = Monkeys wearing top hats

Kristy Brown

Elisa Fenato

One internship and two design roles later, Elisa joined forces with the TA Creative team!

Arianne Montemayor
Print Manager
Growing up as the youngest of 3 sisters- one a Photographer and the other an Architect… Arianne had a natural tendency to fall into a creative suit of her own, which was inevitably Graphic Design. She first entered the True alliance family working for Coach while juggling her studies in Visual Communications/ Graphic Design at the University of Western Sydney. Once she graduated, she jumped ship from the little Coach row-boat and into the mothership tanker of T.A’s Creative Team at the Alexandria head office.
